Winter can be a long and painstaking season. During this cold, harsh season it is easy to fall into habits and feel a little stuck or congested. During this weekend immersion, we will work to remove that stagnation, bring back vitality, and find a sense of balance, renewal, and purpose.
The weekend will consist of all-levels yoga and meditation instruction. There will be a focus on Ayurvedic concepts as they pertain to the end of winter and the dawn of spring. Learn what your dosha (Ayurvedic body type) is, how to stay in balance, and activate your true potential.
Yoga teachers attending all sessions will receive 6 contact hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.
