Meditation Demystified

  During this 4 week series we will learn basic meditation and pranayama (breath control) techniques that will reduce stress, add more hours to your day (for real....I know!!), feel more connected, improve sleep and increase your attention span. Absolutely NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal/notebook.   Cost: $15/per or register for all 4/$50.
