New Year's Slow Flow with Yoga Nidra

Start 2019 with presence, purpose and balance....We will start with a 60 minute all levels slow flow yoga class, followed by a 45 minute Yoga Nidra. Nidra is yogic sleep....a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.  The body is completely relaxed in savasana and guided meditation is used to systematically increase awareness of the inner landscape. Practitioners of yoga nidra report better sleep, less tension and anxiety and overall improvement in relationships to self and others. Join us as we begin the New Year with clarity, calm and community. Absolutely no experience necessary. (There will be a 15 minute intermish after Yoga before the Nidra if you want to do one or the other....)
